What is Line Drawing?

Line drawing is done with fineliner markers, which come in different thicknesses and does not bleed when water is painted on them, unlike traditional markers. Line drawing is done with different ink techniques such as hatching, stippling, scribbling and more to achieve a detailed, dynamic and clean linework.

What is Watercolour Painting?

Watercolour Painting is a beautiful and expressive medium known for its transparency, which can be layered progressively to build depth, texture, and atmosphere within an artwork. Being a water-based medium, watercolour paint is easy to use and allows artists to create soft washes, delicate gradients, and vibrant layers of colour with ease. Watercolour painting differs from heavier mediums as it is lighter. Our professional art instructors will guide you through essential watercolour painting techniques such as wet on wet, wet on dry, dry on wet, dry on dry, colour blending, brush control, layering, washes, and composition to help you create your very own beautiful watercolour painting artwork, which you can take home upon completion!
